We ship Fedex Ground for all orders, unless otherwise requested. Please email w@whitneycastro.com if you have a specific shipping request and we will do our best to assist.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied, I will be happy to refund your purchase within 10 days. Returns/exchanges will only be accepted on products that are in the same condition as when they shipped. To start a return, you can contact us at w@whitneycastro.com.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item arrives damaged, please email photos of the piece and order number to w@whitneycastro.com
